Historic Rosemont Manor is located at 16 Rosemont Manor Lane, Berryville, VA  22611. From downtown Berryville follow Main Street (Virginia State Route 7) west for one mile.  The Historic Rosemont Manor property will be located on the left (south) side of the street behind a long stone fence which runs the length of the property.

Some of our guests have experienced a minor “glitch” in their GPS system’s directions to the main manor house.  Once on West Main Street in Berryville (Business Route 7), your GPS system may try to send you down the gravel driveway to the west of the property*.  Please ignore these directions.  Although this is the approved direction for exiting the property, arriving guests should use the paved main entrance a few hundred yards to the east.  This entrance will be recognizable by a stone entryway, black wrought iron gates, and a street sign that says “Rosemont Manor Lane.”  Once on Rosemont Manor Lane, the main manor house will be about a 1/4 mile on your left.  Please follow the signs for guest check-in and parking.

*We have notified the major GPS service providers of the issue and changes have been made to the mapping system, but if you have not updated your GPS software recently the error may still occur. We apologize for any confusion.
