What is included with my complete weekend wedding package at Rosemont Manor?
- Two night’s accommodations including ten guest rooms and suites , checking in Friday after 4PM and departing Sunday by 11AM
- Discounted room rates for Thursday arrivals or Monday departures for those guests wishing to extend their stay, based on availability
- Country buffet breakfast on Saturday morning and a generous continental breakfast buffet on Sunday morning
- Complimentary arrival/pre-rehearsal refreshments for your guests on Friday afternoon
- One hour rehearsal time on Friday evening
- Use of The Grand Portico for your rehearsal dinner for up to 40 people at no additional site fee (additional catering charges apply, as do additional charges if your rehearsal dinner exceeds 40 people)
- Adequate parking for most events and assistance in arranging shuttle transportation to and from a central location if needed.
- Use of your choice of locations on site for your wedding ceremony
- One hour ceremony time and a five hour reception time, excluding set up and clean up, for your Saturday event
- Exclusive use of The Grand Portico for your Cocktail Hour, and our Carriage House for your reception (additional marquee tenting can be provided at additional cost)
- Planning and organizational assistance in the run up to your special day and professional and seasoned staff to support you on the day of your wedding
- A complete listing of reputable vendors who provide auxiliary services such as floral arrangements, music, videography, photography, transportation, and overflow accommodations
Are there any additional services I can request for my wedding at Rosemont Manor?
Yes. We want your wedding weekend at Rosemont to be one of the most magical experiences of your life. If you have any special needs or requests, please let us know and we will do our best to help make your dreams come true.

Does Rosemont Manor offer the area’s finest catering?
Yes, Historic Rosemont Manor is pleased to offer exceptional catering services for our guests. We proudly prepare a wide range of menu options designed to please even the most discerning palate. Our culinary staff can also easily provide for a variety of dietary needs.
You’d like a taste test before you decide? At Historic Rosemont Manor, our culinary staff will offer you several tasting dates before your wedding weekend.
On your wedding day, our Event Coordinator will oversee the details of your reception. The staff captain will also conduct a thorough pre-event briefing with the service staff in conjunction with your wedding coordinator and vendors.
Does Rosemont Manor offer In-house Event Management?
Yes, at Historic Rosemont Manor, we offer complete event management services related to any aspect of the facilities and catering.
We believe that planning your wedding should be as simple and as effortless as possible. While we understand that part of the fun for many brides is in the details, we also know from experience that too many details can leave many brides feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.
Rosemont staff will be available to you to answer any questions you might have during the months leading up to your event. We can also provide you the services of a Rosemont wedding coordinator or you may decide to choose your own.
In either case, rest assured you will have the peace of mind that enables you to truly enjoy your once in a lifetime occasion. You will personally meet with members of our Rosemont staff 30 days before your event to walk through every detail, which will allow us to develop a comprehensive plan for your event. You will have an opportunity to look over the details in a less hurried fashion and will help to avoid any wedding day miscommunication. Members of our event management team will also be present at your rehearsal and on site the day of your event–from breakfast to the departure of the last guest–to ensure that nothing is overlooked and you and your guests are well cared-for.
Can Rosemont Manor offer me a variety of options regarding the set-up and location of my ceremony and reception?
Rosemont’s spacious main Manor House, 60 acres of manicured grounds, and beautifully restored Carriage House offer an almost limitless array of options for your wedding festivities. We’ve had brides choose the breath-taking mountain views of the Grand Portico for their ceremony, while others have exchanged vows under one of our stately historic trees near the South Lawn. We’ve held festive receptions in the charming Carriage House, as well as in the Grand Foyer and adjoining rooms of the main Manor House. When you come for your tour, we can show you each and every special spot that we’ve discovered, and who knows? You may even find a perfect new spot that’s all your own!
Can Rosemont recommend a wedding photographer, wedding coordinator, or other wedding service vendor?
We have had the pleasure of working with a good number of wedding professionals involved in all aspects of the big event. Recommendations are not something that we take lightly, so you can rest assured that we will only suggest those vendors that we know are professional, reliable, and a cut above the rest.
Please also make sure to consider our in-house Wedding Coordinators. These experts know Rosemont inside and out and can make sure that all details, vendors, and plans run together seamlessly both before the big day and throughout the celebration.
Can I have my wedding on a Sunday at Rosemont Manor?
Yes. Sunday weddings are increasingly popular at Rosemont, both because there are a limited number of Saturdays available throughout the season, and because budgetary constraints may not permit reserving the Manor House for the weekend. Sunday packages do not require the use of overnight accommodations, therefore reducing your wedding costs at beautiful Rosemont Manor. Please call us for additional information and available Sundays.
Can I have my wedding on a week day? Can I reserve Rosemont for only a half day on the weekend?
Throughout the year, Rosemont sets aside a few weekends to allow for half-day reservations for “simple but elegant” ceremonies and receptions. Most of these reservations along with week day weddings require no catering minimums. Please call for more details and availability.
