Scheduling & Policies
Location: All treatments may be enjoyed in the tranquil seclusion and privacy of your suite or the spacious parlor.
In-room massages may be arranged in the Eisenhower Suite, Roosevelt Suite, Kennedy Suite, Nixon Suite, or Churchill Suite.
Appointment Policies: Appointments are available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and must be booked in advance. We strongly suggest you make your reservation at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Reservations may be made by email at spa@rosemont1811.com, or by calling 540-931-1307.
Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation fee if changes to services are made at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment. If cancelled within 7 days of your appointment, a service fee of $25 will be applied to all services booked, except that cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment time will be charged at the full amount for any and all services booked.
Health: A short health form for you to complete will be provided at check-in. Please have this form to give to your therapist at the time of your appointment so they can discuss any health concerns you may have.
Communication: For your comfort, we encourage you to communicate to your therapist any questions, concerns, health issues, or special needs. Although they try their best to anticipate your needs, please let them know if they can improve your treatment or spa service.
Gratuities: For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to all services provided.
